Suggested use
Shake well before use. Take 2-4 pumps of product and apply to clean, dry skin, gently massaging the targeted stubborn oily area until the gel is completely absorbed. Use 2 to 4 pumps of product for the left area of the body and 2 to 4 pumps of product for the right area of the body per application. Use the product 1 to 2 times a day. Do not exceed 16 product pressures per 24 hour period. Apply the product at least 30 minutes before a workout to give it time to dry and take effect. Physical activity amplifies the effects of the gel and can cause intense heating of the application area. Do not apply the product over another lotion as this may inhibit the effects of the gel.
Targeted areas
The entire stomach region, lower back and love handles, glutes and hamstrings are the best areas of application.
Freezing causes a mixture of heating and cooling of the targeted area.
